MyToyota App CRM design

The MyToyota app is designed by Toyota South Africa to provide a platform for Toyota owners and enthusiasts to quick and direct access to all information and services related to their vehicle(s).

I worked on the artwork as part of a CRM pitch at Arc SA, considering various customer touch points, from showroom and in-vehicle reminders to SMS and email notifications.

Toyota South Africa is the only manufacturer to offer a mobile app fully integrated with manufacturer and dealer systems, thereby offering state-of-the-art functionality.
