The client approached us to come up with a more effective way for their sales staff to communicate with prospective new members.

We put together a sales toolkit portal where sales staff can log in and download various templates like calendar invites, profile pics, appointment reminders and no-show messages, all written and designed in the special Virgin Active tone, and look and feel.

These can either be sent via email, SMS or WhatsApp.
